Reporter, Houston Business Journal A new high-rise downtown apartment building boasting close-up views of Minute Maid Park has officially opened, just in time for the start of the regular baseball season. Catalyst, a 359-unit, 28-story high-rise, marks its debut April 5 and is less than 30 percent occupied, according to leasing manager Brandy Vogel. The apartment complex sits on a city block bounded by Texas Avenue, Austin street, Prairie Street and La Branch Street. It’s the second Catalyst apartment project for Illinois-based multifamily developer Marquette Cos., the first is in Chicago.
