Catalyst, a 359-unit, 28-story high-rise, marks its debut April 5 and is less than 30 percent occupied, according to leasing manager Brandy Vogel. The apartment complex sits on a city block bounded by Texas Avenue, Austin street, Prairie Street and La Branch Street. It’s the second Catalyst apartment project for Illinois-based multifamily developer Marquette Cos., the first is in Chicago. Catalyst features more than two dozen floor plans, ranging in size from a little above 600 square feet to close to 2,000 square feet.
