A fabulous new project has been announced in Uptown at 1801 Post Oak Blvd. Zadok Jewelers has teamed up with Austin architect Michael Hsu to create an iconic 5-story mixed-use development that will feature its new store location, two restaurants, and luxe office space.
1801 Post Oak Blvd:
Purchased by the Zadok family in 2012, it was originally owned by renown real estate developer and investor Gerald Hines. The retail site now being redeveloped spans 1.65 acres and will house 112,000 square feet of mixed-use space. Customers can expect a full boutique experience, there will be a concierge lobby for the three floors of upscale office space, as well as valet pick up and drop off services. Prefer to self-park? Don’t fret! You’ll still be able to! It was the architect’s goal to “elevate the traditional retail experience by creating an inviting and welcoming arrival by car or on foot”.
Square Footage Plans Break Down
- 26,000 square feet will be occupied by Zadok Jewelers which will almost double their store’s current size.
- 11,000 square feet is reserved for two brand new restaurants rumored to have outdoor patio seating. Which let’s be honest the restaurants are what most of us are excited about!
- And 68,000 square feet is reserved for the 3 floors of boutique office space.
